Senator Baldwin moved to amend the bill on page ten, section one, lines two hundred twenty-five and two hundred twenty-six, by striking out all of subdivision (8), and inserting in lieu thereof a new subdivision (8), to read as follows:

(8) Learning pods and microschools are subject to and required to adhere to the provisions of article twenty-eight, chapter eighteen.
